The Saturday night dinner is open to all -- participants, handlers, volunteers, family, friends, supporters, fans and groupies……we want to encourage everyone to attend! But you must have a ticket and we need some idea of just how many will be attending so that the chefs can cook enough food, please reserve your seat early.

On-Trail Mail Run Participants can also order Saturday Social Dinner tickets for themselves, family, friends and handlers when they complete the Registration/Waiver forms. Registration now CLOSED.

All Others - have three other options for ordering/reserving tickets.

The presentation of awards will also be taking place following the dinner. Over the years, the Mail Run has developed a very special collection of Awards 

The awards will then be followed by the annual auction which promises to be lots of fun.   We are accepting donations of auction items that are related to dog mushing and winter outdoor sports.  In fact there will be both a silent auction and a live auction.  If you have something you would be willing to donate, please email us .  All of the proceeds from the auction will go toward defraying the expenses associated with staging the annual Mail Run.
